Greeting Inside: Happy Birthday
Write up on back of Card: Artist Chris Stothard, born May 1952 in Louth, Lincolnshire, has been 'into' aircraft for as long as he can remember. He started painting aircraft in 1977 and has been an associate of the Guild Aviation Artists since the early 1980's. He has paintings in private and military collections worldwide.
C-13 Hercules Pictured a "Fat Albert" delivering relief aid to the starving in Africa, inspired by "Live Aid" during 1984. As well as the above, the Hercules is used for supply and parachute drops by the R.A.F. and dozens of other air forces around the world.
